Deji Davies is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he is Head of EMEA Loan and CLO Trading. In his role he invests in and trades a broad selection of leveraged companies across multiple sectors. He has been at J.P. Morgan for over 18 years, prior to which he was at Rothschild, where he started his career in finance. Deji is Chair of the Inclusion Advisory Board (IAB) at The Football Association (The FA) and is also a Director at Premier League football club Brentford F.C., having joined the board in July 2021. Deji is an Ambassador for the education charity Awaken Genius and has founded numerous mentoring programs targeting disadvantaged young people. Deji has a degree in Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.
