Denise Myers is the Founder & CEO of Evenfields, Founder of the Black Talent Awards (BTAs), and an award-winning DE&I champion. With over 20 years’ experience promoting workplace diversity, she launched the BTAs in 2022 to spotlight relatable Black role models and challenge employment discrimination, securing support from leading organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Merlin Entertainments, Serco, Haleon and EDF Renewables UK.

Through Evenfields Community, she supports young people with skills development, apprenticeships and work experience opportunities. Denise is also a Trustee at Smart Works, a UK charity supporting unemployed women to secure employment through interview coaching, professional styling and high-quality interview clothing.
