Dimeji Sadiq is the Founder & CEO of Vegan Shack, a fast-food restaurant brand offering 100% plant-based meals, renowned for its innovative vegan takes on comfort classics.

He launched the business in 2019 alongside partner Saffron Mir, starting from their flat in Salford-Quays, before opening a takeaway in Collyhurst and later a sit-down restaurant in Manchester’s Piccadilly Gardens. Under Dimeji’s leadership Vegan Shack has grown rapidly, achieving ~130% year-on-year growth and winning praise for its balance of taste, affordability, and plant-based authenticity.

Driven by his mission of “The Future of Fast Food”, he reinvests all profits into expanding the brand without external investment, while keeping menu quality, texture, and customer loyalty at the core.
