Donna-Marie Patten is a Programme Director with over 22 years of strategic and operational leadership experience in Financial Services. Recognized for her tenacity, results-driven mindset, and holistic approach, Donna-Marie has successfully led large-scale, global managed services transformations and change management initiatives across €MM infrastructure and application portfolios.

As a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Trainer, Donna-Marie leverages her expertise to coach and mentor people to build high performing individuals and teams. She is a role model with her positive approach to change, having mentored women through the Aspire Foundation and served as a STEM Ambassador for young girls.

Her achievements have been recognized through several industry awards, including winner of the 2025 Power of a Woman Award (Women in Motivation), 2024 Diversity Champion Award Finalist at the Black Technology Achievement Awards, and 2022 Leader Award Finalist at the FDM Every Woman in Technology Awards. These accolades reflect her impact in both leadership and in advancing diversity and inclusion within the tech sector.

In 2020, Donna-Marie faced a personal challenge with a breast cancer diagnosis. She approached this with resilience, positivity, and determination, courageously sharing her personal journey. She strongly advocates for proactive health checks, a balanced lifestyle, and the importance of a healthy body and mind. Donna-Marie now serves as a Trustee for Teens Unite Fighting Cancer Charity, supporting young people facing health challenges.

Beyond her professional achievements, Donna-Marie is a Fitness Instructor and Presenter, known for her energetic and inspiring presence worldwide, both on and off stage.
