Christabell is a business and community development consultant with extensive experience supporting individuals and organisations to unlock entrepreneurial ambition, strengthen leadership, and build financial resilience. 

She is the Founding CEO of The Highlife Centre, a thriving Social Trading Organisation and Business Support Hub, whose inclusive enterprise programmes have transformed the lives of over 28,000 beneficiaries, recently winning the King’s Award for Voluntary Service. 

Her work bridges strategy and social impact, helping organisations clarify their purpose, develop high-performing teams, and embed sustainable income generation. She recently completed her doctorate exploring the role of Black-led community businesses in economic regeneration.
