Edward Odofin is a modern trailblazer and passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion across corporate workplaces. He currently serves as the Global Business Resilience Lead for the BBC and is also the external engagement lead for BBC Embrace, the BBC’s race diversity staff network.

Edward is also the founder of EMERGE: The ERG Community, a cross-industry coalition of staff network leads advocating for Black professionals in corporate spaces. The group champions collaboration, amplifies impact, and fosters connection across sectors and industries, by bringing together ERG leaders to ignite ideas, share bold practices, and build initiatives that uplift Black professionals at every level.

Edward has led impactful conversations on equity and leadership at prestigious platforms including the House of Lords, University of Cambridge, DTX, Cannes Lions, and more.
