Edwin is Equity Solutions Manager at Schroders, where he also chairs the firm's Global Inclusion Forum. He is the founding Co-Chair of City Black Employee Resource Groups (CBERG), which has grown under his leadership into a coalition of more than 60 member firms working to foster belonging, widen opportunity and drive lasting change across the City. He was named to the Empower 2026 Top 100 Future Leaders list, recognising professionals championing inclusion and building equitable career pathways for minority talent.
