Elijah Olanipekun is the Co-Founder of the Black Apprentice Network and Black Undergrad, platforms dedicated to empowering ambitious Black students to break into the UK’s top companies while supporting employers to recruit diverse, high-performing talent.

After graduating from his Digital and Technology Solutions apprenticeship, Elijah worked in Dublin as a High Growth Consultant at Salesforce, where he built expertise in digital solutions and client growth. He later returned to the UK to focus full-time on expanding BAN into one of the country’s most impactful early careers communities.

Elijah’s mission is to bridge the gap between underrepresented talent and world-class employers, combining professional experience with a passion for equity and opportunity.
