Elijah is the Co-Founder of the Black Apprentice Network (BAN), a recruitment business that connects 7,500+ young Black people with top UK employers such as EY, Deloitte, BT, and KPMG. Elijah founded BAN alongside Rubin Poku and Kwesi Bimpong after his own apprenticeship experience changed the course of his life. BAN now boasts 45,000 social media followers across all platforms, and so far this year the business has generated six figures in revenue and delivered 250 job offers. Elijah built BAN to offer thousands of young Black people across the UK the chance to experience the power of apprenticeships.
