Eroll-James works at Peabody as a Residential Market Intelligence and Valuations Analyst, providing 

strategic advice across the development lifecycle. With more than six years of experience in real estate, he has a background in finance and economics which he has taken into his passion for the built environment. He has experience evaluating real estate from both a broad market perspective and at the granular level, and is passionate about delivering properties that help people achieve their dreams. Previously a Senior Research Analyst at JLL focused on UK residential and a Research Analyst at Real Capital Analytics (MSCI).
