Florence Henderson currently serves as AVP, EMEA Inclusion Lead at Moody’s based in London where she has responsibility for implementing Moody’s global Inclusion strategy at a regional level. Florence's responsibilities also include senior stakeholder management, project management, coordinating Business Resource Groups (BRGs), communications, and oversight of improvements in benchmarking and advancement of Moody’s Inclusion goals. Prior to her current role which she joined in December 2020, Florence previously held multiple roles at Moody’s, including HR Project Manager.  Florence previously worked at S&P Global, where she held various roles over 20 years, including eight years in product management and marketing.
