Francisco Martinez-Garcia became Moody’s Chief Inclusion Officer in January 2023, leading efforts to foster a culture of inclusion. In 2025, he also took on the role of Head of Total Rewards, overseeing global compensation, benefits, and recognition. Since joining Moody’s in 2019 to lead Global Compensation, he expanded his remit to include Global People Business Partners and later served as MD-Global People Business Partner for MIS, TSG, and ESG. Prior to Moody’s, Francisco spent over 15 years at Colgate-Palmolive in global and regional roles across the U.S., Mexico, and Switzerland. He holds Master’s degrees from Cornell and Arizona State, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
