Habee Folami is the Director of EDI, People and Culture at METRO Charity, where she leads the organisation’s people strategy, HR function and culture transformation. As a consultant, she has supported over 50 organisations, including the British Red Cross, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and the LEGO Group. Habee is recognised for her combination of operational expertise, commercial acumen and compassionate leadership. Her advocacy for equity was significantly influenced by her involvement in sport, as a world champion powerlifter who challenged gender stereotypes in a male-dominated sport. Today, she empowers organisations to translate inclusive values into strategy, culture and measurable change.
