Heston is a senior lawyer in Disney’s Studio legal team based in London, Disney’s head office in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).  Heston has been at Disney for over 5 years and plays a lead role supporting the Studio business in the distribution of Disney’s feature films across EMEA. Heston also advises Disney Theatrical Group; Disney’s live stage show business which includes iconic West End shows and an expanding portfolio of live entertainment projects.

Heston completed his legal training at international law firm Bird & Bird LLP and has worked at a variety of media companies including Sky UK and Network Ten in Australia.

Heston has been involved with inclusion initiatives throughout his career, being a founding member of Bird & Bird’s multicultural employee-led network, Embrace, and in supporting Disney’s internal talent development.
