Ihunna Eberendu is the founder of Curl Coalition, a professional network creating greater opportunity, recognition and industry connection for textured hair professionals across the UK, and COLLABR8, a talent and brand partnerships agency representing professional creatives across beauty, hair and entertainment. Through COLLABR8, Ihunna has built partnerships between professional hairstylists, MUAs and leading brands including Olaplex, Amika, L’Oréal Professionnel, Mielle, Cantu, Cloud Nine, YSL Beauty and Lancôme. Through Curl Coalition, she is focused on helping textured hair professionals recognise the commercial value of their expertise and explore opportunities beyond the chair – from entrepreneurship and education to content, consultancy and product development.
