Iphie is a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at J.P. Morgan where she focuses on legal and regulatory change management. As the EMEA OLO Lead for Ireland, and responsible for UK regulatory change monitoring, she translates and helps implement complex legal and regulatory developments into practical governance frameworks to strengthen the firm’s control environment across multiple lines of business.Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Iphie was a Legal Officer in the Royal Air Force. Alongside her professional role, Iphie writes and thinks about the intersection of regulation, risk and emerging technology focusing on strategic trade-offs, decision frameworks and how legal and regulatory considerations influence long-term business outcomes.
