James is a senior member of Knight Frank's National Capital Markets team, specialising in portfolio transactions and the structuring of innovative capital partnerships. With 19 years of experience in the UK investment market, he has built a strong track record in originating, underwriting, and executing complex real estate deals. Over the past 18 months alone, James has played a lead advisory role in transactions totalling over £1.5 billion, spanning both single-asset and portfolio deals across a broad range of sectors.

As well as his day job, James is also heavily involved with Knight Frank's Early Careers programmes, which under his guidance continue to evolve to ensure the business is capturing the brightest and best talent.
