Jesse Robinson
As Director of Customer Success, UK at intelliflo, I have the privilege of leading people that help financial advisers and advise businesses to harness the power of technology to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Our customers enable their clients to live out their hopes and dreams with the right financial decisions, which I think is pretty awesome. Having spent most of my career with intelliflo, I’ve grown alongside a company that’s continually pushing the boundaries of fintech innovation, transforming the way advice firms operate and ensuring technology works for people, not the other way around.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in people, customers, colleagues, and communities. I’m passionate about building authentic relationships and creating environments where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to succeed. Customer success, for me, goes beyond numbers, scores, and metrics; it’s about helping others realise their potential and building trust at every stage of the journey.
Outside my core role, I will always advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech. I actively champion initiatives that open doors for underrepresented groups, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to conversations about how we can build a more inclusive industry. I believe representation is not just about visibility, it’s about creating meaningful change and ensuring that diverse voices help shape the future of technology. Tech is for everyone so everyone should feed into this with their authentic selves.
Travel is another passion of mine. I love exploring different cultures, learning new perspectives, and finding common ground with people from all walks of life. These experiences constantly remind me that empathy and curiosity are at the heart of great leadership and great customer success.
Being nominated for the BTA Top 50 is truly humbling. I’m honoured to stand alongside so many inspiring individuals who are redefining what’s possible in UK tech. My journey has been one of collaboration, learning, and people first leadership and I’m excited to continue making a positive impact, one connection at a time.
