Joan Eliaika Boyle is a corporate finance solicitor based in the City of London with experience across M&A, capital markets, and asset management. She provides legal advice to corporates, financial institutions, insurers, tier 1 banks, and conglomerates on corporate governance, risk management, investments and transactional matters. Her work includes negotiating securities documentation, share purchase agreements, and asset management mandates.

Joan is the most senior Black colleague at Phoenix Group Holdings plc, a FTSE-100 listed company with over 6,600 employees. Joan actively mentors high-performing colleagues from diverse backgrounds to promote diversity of thought in the workplace.

Beyond law, Joan is an avid art historian. In her spare time, she paints and creates ceramics.
