Joanna is an experienced HR professional with over 14 years at Citi, where she currently serves as an Apprenticeships & Engagement Practice Lead within the Talent Acquisition team in Human Resources. A passionate advocate for fostering inclusive environments, she leads initiatives that promote diversity across the organization. Before this role, Joanna spearheaded the graduate programs for Citi’s Markets and Securities Services division for the EMEA region, developing and nurturing early talent in the industry.

Her career in recruitment spans several notable organizations, including Barclays, Hogan Lovells, and Mayer Brown, where she held various campus recruitment roles before joining Citi.

Joanna holds a Law degree from Southampton University and a master’s in International Law from City University London.
