Jouk is the Managing Director for Corporate Sourcing and Sustainable Operations at HSBC. As a member of HSBC’s Global Procurement Leadership team, Jouk leads global category management across operations, banking services, and corporate functions. He also oversees HSBC’s sustainable operations agenda, including supply chain sustainability and the bank’s net-zero programme for its own operations and supply chain.  A key focus of Jouk’s role is advancing inclusion through the supply chain, including initiatives that support diverse-owned suppliers.
