Julian is a legal sector specialist DEI professional, executive headhunter and author of ‘The 1% Study’. He is the founder of extense, a diversity consultancy and headhunting firm that supports individual lawyers, leading law firms, and their clients. He continues to support underrepresented lawyers with their individual lateral strategy at the Partner and Associate levels. In 2021, Julian was appointed to the government-commissioned Taskforce to boost socioeconomic diversity at senior levels, across UK Financial and Professional Services.
