Justice Williams MBE is a personal branding expert, business strategist, and award-winning entrepreneur dedicated to helping women turn their expertise into profit. As the founder of Black Business Magazine and Elevate, her premium membership for female entrepreneurs, she has built a platform that empowers women to grow profitable and purpose-driven brands. She is the Vice Chair of the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, Black Business Collective.

Justice is also the founder of TEDxLadywood Women and the host of the Dream Plan Launch podcast, where she shares insights on personal branding, business, and mindset. As the co-founder of two kids, Justice balances entrepreneurship with motherhood, championing financial empowerment and opportunities for women.
