In 2020, she founded Coldr, an award-winning PR and marketing consultancy partnering with ambitious brands and organisations to grow, drive meaningful change and build authentic, impactful connections. A passionate advocate for inclusion and community-building, Kam is a seasoned mentor and qualified life coach. She founded the UKBlack Comms Network, now a 400-strong membership body championing systemic change across the industry, and was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate by UAL in recognition of her impact.
