Kathy Quashie is a visionary technology leader whose career exemplifies Black excellence, innovation, and inclusive leadership. As CEO of Inetum Growing Markets, she is shaping the future of technology across the UK and globally — driving transformation at scale while championing representation and creating pathways for underrepresented talent.

Shaping the Future of Technology

Since joining Inetum in June 2024, Kathy has deepened client partnerships, expanded the portfolio, and delivered stronger profitability. In only six months, her leadership helped position the UKI business as a Finalist for Operational Excellence of the Year at the ERP

Today Awards — a testament to her capacity to drive swift and meaningful results.

In May 2025, she was appointed EVP and CEO of Inetum Growing Markets, overseeing the UK, Ireland, Nordics, DACH, Switzerland, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, and India. She unified these diverse regions into a single growth engine for digital innovation, scaling capabilities across Solutions, Technology, and Data & AI and positioning the organisation as a trusted partner for next-generation technology solutions.

Redefining What’s Possible Across Growing Markets

Under Kathy’s leadership, each market has delivered standout achievements that demonstrate her ability to accelerate innovation and elevate talent:

• Across the UK & Ireland, Kathy launched SAP capabilities, was awarded the BOS2

Public Sector Framework, strengthened client partnerships especially in the public sector, and elevated brand presence. Thought leadership content drove a 42% increase in brand impressions and a 37% increase in engagement, amplifiedfurther by participation in the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce leadership event and a ServiceNow Rising Star recognition within the team.

• Switzerland delivered triple‑digit growth across ServiceNow (+154%), GenAI (+135%), and SAP (+65%), secured major new logo wins, and deepened client relationships through a marked uplift in delivery quality. The market also launched a continuous internal upskilling programme and achieved ISO9001 certification, while maintaining a zero gender pay gap.

• Poland was chosen as the Group’s Centre of Excellence for Data & AI, with over 60% of its pipeline focused on advanced analytics and AI. The team completed building its Data offering, invested in Databricks competencies, and restructured the sales organisation to support this ambition. Brand visibility also grew through the “Prompt & Response” webcast, which added +2,200 YouTube subscribers.

• Bulgaria reinforced its position as the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, with 23% of employees contributing to cross-border projects. The market earned PMI Awards, ServiceNow Rising Star and MVP honours, and recognition in Bulgaria’s Top 100 Talent lists, alongside Employer Branding and Talent Management awards. Now expanding its portfolio to SAP and Microsoft.

• Romania delivered the country’s first-ever SAP Cloud ERP implementation for the port operations, logistics, and marine cargo handling industry, demonstrating its ability to lead complex transformation programmes.

• India became a global delivery powerhouse for the Group — doubling its workforce in one year, maintaining a 5/5 client satisfaction score, and becoming a primary offshore hub for ServiceNow, SAP, and Data & AI. Due to this success, India will operate independently as a profit centre from January 2026.

Kathy’s leadership — grounded in proximity, partnership, and empowerment — ensures teams across all regions remain closely connected to clients and focused on delivering outcomes that matter.

Championing Representation, Inclusion & Social Impact within Communities

Kathy’s impact extends far beyond commercial success. She is a powerful advocate for representation, sustainability, and social mobility — embodying the spirit of the BTA Top 50. Under her leadership, each region delivered meaningful ESG initiatives that strengthened community impact and employee engagement.

• UK & Ireland sponsored MAG’s Annual Charity Golf Day for the third year, raising £36,000 to support more than 20,000 children globally. Also sponsored Manchester City Council’s Youth Buzz Awards, celebrating youth digital skills empowerment and amplifying underrepresented voices.• Poland delivered a broad set of initiatives including the InHive urban beehive project, charity runs, an ADHD awareness webinar, and a Christmas campaign supporting children in foster care. The team also ran internal InTech Days, “Coffee with a Project” sessions, and Databricks training to strengthen learning and collaboration.

• Bulgaria launched an internal Social Initiatives Committee delivering nine ESG projects with over 180 participants. A major Volunteering Day mobilised 100 colleagues to restore eco-trails in Rila National Park, refresh 140+ benches and shelters, and renovate an accessible nature path for people with disabilities.

• Romania introduced a charity call-to-action across the community, strengthening employee engagement and local social impact.

Inspiring Others & Building a More Inclusive Industry

Kathy regularly shares her expertise on digital transformation, workforce readiness, and diversity in tech at global conferences and advisory boards. Her influence extends across industries and continents, inspiring others to lead with purpose, courage, and authenticity.

Under her leadership, Bulgaria launched the ServiceNow Academy — a hire-from-day-one programme that opens pathways into one of the most in-demand enterprise technologies. The Academy provides structured technical and soft-skills training, real project experience, and mentorship, enabling early-career talent to transition directly into Junior ServiceNow Technical Consultant roles. This initiative strengthens the region’s talent pipeline while expanding access to high-value digital careers. Her work directly reflects the mission of the BTA Top 50 — driving impact, inspiring others, and building a more inclusive, representative tech industry.
