Keisha is a senior global finance and transformation leader in the energy sector. As the Finance Global Process Owner for a major ERP transformation programme at bp, she is helping design future-ready finance organisations by connecting technology, data, governance and business performance. Passionate about career resilience and continuous learning, Keisha advocates for the capabilities and mindsets finance professionals need to thrive in an era of AI, digitalisation and increasing regulatory complexity. Alongside her corporate role, she serves as a Board Advisor to AFBE-UK, Trustee and Treasurer of Kingston Women's Centre, and One Team Lead for bp's Positively Ethnic Network, championing mentoring, sponsorship and leadership development. She is focused on helping finance leaders navigate disruption, embrace emerging capabilities and build future-ready careers.
