Keisha is the VP of Digital Workplace and Resilience, responsible for the strategy, governance, transformation and delivery of bp’s global digital workplace and resilience portfolio. Prior to this role, Keisha was VP of Digital Foundations and former TPM Head of Discipline at bp, She previously directed bp’s global cloud transformation and end-of-servicable-life programmes, driving large-scale migrations to AWS and Azure, and has held leadership roles spanning Upstream IT&S, Trading & Supply, and Global Oil Americas. With nearly two decades at bp, Keisha has delivered $100M+ programmes, built high-performing teams, and developed deep expertise in digital operations, cloud, service design, programme management and technology. She is Executive Sponsor of bp’s Black Collective, a business resource group. bp’s Black Collective has more than 1,200 members across five chapters in the US, focussing on the representation, inclusion, and advancement of talent.
