Kelsey Robb is a Global Program Manager - Creative Strategy, Events & Experiences at Google, celebrated for her profound commitment to fostering inclusive communities and partnerships. With a rich background in creating spaces that encourage dialogue and personal growth among diverse groups, Kelsey's expertise in community engagement is notable.

Her primary role at Google is to lead and support high-impact community events and experiences. She was instrumental in devising and creating the EMEA programming for the 2nd Annual Global Black Community Summit, an event aimed at celebrating, inspiring, and developing Black Googlers. Kelsey is a strategic leader in the coordination and support of external partnerships and events for major observances, including Latinx Heritage Month, Black History Month, and others. She has successfully activated and supported high-profile events across global locations, including New York, Paris, and London which has involved coordination with high-profile figures. Kelsey proactively embraced innovation by integrating AI, identifying and developing bespoke tools that automates repetitive tasks. 

Prior to her current role, she shaped the landscape of digital community engagement as a Creator & Community Manager for News, Activism, and Education Creators at TikTok. There, she pioneered initiatives for significant cultural month, including Pride, Black History Month, and the NHS Vaccination Drive. Beyond her corporate endeavors, Kelsey is an Honorary Teaching Fellow of Lancaster University Management School and is notably the youngest alumni in the program.

Beyond her main role, Kelsey is deeply committed to mentoring and advocacy, striving to enrich the technology sector's talent pipeline with diverse perspectives:

  • Honorary Teaching Fellow - LUMS Leader in Residence (Lancaster University Management School): Since January 2025, Kelsey serves as a Leader in Residence. This program connects students with a network of leaders across sectors to inspire career aspirations, facilitate workplace opportunities, contribute to program development, and enhance community engagement. She is notably the youngest alumni in the program.
  • Next Tech Girls (NTG) Role Model and Volunteer: Kelsey has been a proud Role Model and volunteer for Next Tech Girls and is one of the earliest joiners. In this capacity, she supports community moments outside of her main job. She is dedicated to creating vital visibility and helping young women see themselves in the industry. She was a keen volunteer and moderated for the "tech for good" panel at #NextTechFest2025, which was their biggest event yet with over 350 attendees. NTG has inspired and engaged 10,000 young women and girls.
  • Prolific Speaker: Kelsey is a sought-after speaker, sharing her views on empowerment as well as building communities and events at various conferences. This year alone, she has spoken to over 2,000 people at events including the Global Community Summit, and CVENT EUROPE
  • Community Advocate & Mentor: She has personally mentored over 50 students from underrepresented backgrounds.
