Kemi Oloyede
Kemi Oloyede is a multi-award-winning fashion designer, educator, and eco-conscious social entrepreneur passionate about circular fashion and sustainability. She is the founder of Sew London Project and recently opened a Creative Repurpose Space at Vicarage Field Shopping Centre in Barking, where she continues to serve her local community through sewing workshops, fabric pop-ups, and upcycling events.
Expanding her mission online, Kemi runs the Recyclothes store on eBay, specialising in preloved fashion, upcycled textiles, vintage clothing, and antiques. Through Recyclothes, she is building a growing resale platform that gives garments and objects a second life, reduces waste, and makes sustainable style accessible to a wider audience. Guided by her mantra “Reduce Waste and Repurpose Lives,” Kemi inspires both young people and adults to rethink their relationship with clothes and fashion.
