Kerry is the founder of Prosilien, an independent advisory practice that helps organisations Adapt on Purpose by strengthening leadership effectiveness, organisational culture and the workforce systems that enable people and businesses to perform through change. An Executive Coach and experienced culture leader, Kerry works with senior leaders, teams and organisations navigating complexity and change, helping them lead with authenticity, strengthen trust and build the organisational capability to adapt without losing direction. He is also Vice Chair of With Insight Education, a charity supporting under-represented young talent into the UK’s leading further education institutions.
