Kufa is a second-time technology founder and President of EMEA at Recruitics. He has built businesses from the ground up, raised millions in investment, won global enterprise customers, built teams and revenue engines and navigated the acquisition process. He now leads strategy, growth and operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Kufa has evolved from a founder to operator, seller to revenue leader, and entrepreneur to President, learning that sustainable scale depends as much on leadership, people and systems as it does on revenue. His journey has shaped one fundamental belief: businesses rarely outgrow their founders. Founders have to learn to scale themselves before they can truly scale their companies.
