Kukua Darko-Samaroo
Director in Customer Success Management, Kukua works to create a premium client experience for Moody’s high value accounts of the company’s first commercially viable product in the Generative AI space. She leads a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers across three regions, focused on driving maximum product adoption and shaping product evolution to fuel client success. Through strategic engagement at all levels—including senior stakeholders—the team plays a pivotal role in supporting Sales to secure product renewals and expand the product’s impact.
From account closure to renewal, the team retains full ownership and oversight of product adoption and usage—both at the user and account level. This includes proactive engagement with users and decision-makers, sharing updates on capabilities, use cases, and roadmap developments, and regularly soliciting feedback. By cultivating strong client relationships and deeply understanding workflow needs, the team ensures users derive maximum value from the product while embedding it into their daily routines.
