Landé leads the global employment legal function at Kantar, helping drive business strategy and employee engagement by providing sustainable employee and labour relations solutions and tailored legal advice within a global framework.  Landé manages complex multi-jurisdictional projects and supports the business in implementing global diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Parallel to her legal career, she is a passionate theatre director and producer.  Celebrated for its creativity, innovation, and impact on underrepresented communities, her work in theatre has earned industry recognition and accolades.
