Lola is an experienced senior HR professional and co-host of the Everybody Hates HR Podcast, where she shares practical and relatable HR and career advice with listeners every week.

Alongside the podcast, Lola is the founder of Alchemy HR, a consultancy that specialises in supporting startups and scale-ups. Since launching in 2021, she and her team have partnered with over 15 early-stage companies to design scalable HR infrastructure and foster positive, inclusive workplace cultures.Her expertise lies in fractional HR transformation, working with PE- and VC-backed organisations both pre- and post-transaction.

Lola began her career as a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT). Following her career shift into HR, she completed her CIPD Level 5 and earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
