Louchavan is Co-Founder and Director of PH247 and the 2026 National Plumber Award Winner. A Master Plumber and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE), he also serves as a CIPHE Trustee and Co-Chair of the City & Guilds Employer Industry Board for Building Services Engineering. Having experienced significant barriers early in life, Louchavan is passionate about using business as a force for social impact. Through PH247, he is developing initiatives that create meaningful work experience, mentorship and pathways into employment and apprenticeships for disadvantaged young adults. A Lloyds Banking Group Launchpad winner and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumnus, he is committed to raising industry standards, protecting consumers and creating opportunities for the next generation.
