Luke is the Market Manager for IKEA Gateshead, bringing over two decades of experience in retail and people leadership. Having started his journey as a part-time co-worker, Luke has grown through IKEA with the support of inclusive leadership and powerful allyship. Today, he is deeply committed to being part of meaningful change – championing equity, development, and belonging across the business. Luke believes allyship is not just a value, but a responsibility, and he actively works to create opportunities for others to grow, thrive, and lead.
