Manawar is an award-winning inclusion advocate, financial services professional and Co-Chair of Spectrum, the Financial Conduct Authority’s Race & Ethnicity Network. With over 36 years’ experience in financial services, Manawar is passionate about turning allyship from intention into action. Through Spectrum and his wider cross-industry work, he champions representation, courageous conversations and collaboration between employee networks to help create more inclusive workplaces. Beyond the workplace, Manawar is Chair of the St Mark’s Hospital IBD Patient Panel, where he uses lived experience and patient voice to help improve experiences and outcomes for people living with inflammatory bowel disease. His contribution to inclusion has been recognised through the INvolve Empower Future Leaders Role Model List 2026, the FCA Bal Kalwan Diversity Award in 2023 and 2026, and as a Real IT Awards DEI Finalist.
