Mark has over 20 years experience in Commercial & Corporate Banking across two financial institutions. He has been leading teams across the West Midlands for the past 10 years, currently heading up a team of 50 people dedicated to supporting SMEs at every stage of their journey from start-ups through to emerging corporates. 

Culture, collaboration, wellbeing and team engagement are key pillars of his leadership style, and he prides himself on creating time to develop and invest in his people to make them be the best they can be in serving our customers, communities and shareholders.
