As Founder of Equitas Consultancy Services, she supports organisations and individuals to build more inclusive cultures through consultancy, leadership development, coaching and workshops. Misbah is passionate about equity, representation, belonging and creating environments where people can thrive authentically. She is also a speaker and facilitator who brings together professional expertise and lived experience to explore issues including leadership, confidence, career transition, identity and workplace inclusion. A strong advocate for Employee Resource Groups and collaborative leadership, Misbah is committed to creating meaningful conversations that challenge thinking and inspire action.
