Natalie is a senior Real Estate lawyer having worked in the City for over 13 years. She has a broad range of experience of acquisitions, financing (raising both acquisition and development finance), property management, development, and disposals of various asset classes. Natalie has also acted for lenders providing both senior and mezzanine financing for mixed use assets. Natalie was noted as a Professional Services Rising Star at the 2020 Black British Business Awards and is the co-founder of Black Women Working Podcast, creating a safe space for black women progressing their professional lives. Natalie is a founding committee member of Black Women In Real Estate and works with various charities and organizations that aim to improve diversity in the legal industry and the real estate industry. She is also a board Trustee for the Creative Land Trust and Hornsey Housing Trust.
