Nathaniel is a Workforce Readiness Manager at Virgin Media O2, leading national programmes that support the development, deployment, and operational readiness of more than 3,000 field engineers across the UK. His career journey demonstrates the power of adaptability and transferable skills, progressing from frontline Field Engineer to Project Manager and then Workforce Readiness Manager within a single year. Alongside his operational leadership role, Nathaniel serves as Chair of the Enrich Employee Network, championing inclusion, mentoring, and opportunities for underrepresented communities. He also volunteers as an Ambulance First Responder, providing emergency support within local communities and helping people during some of their most challenging moments. Passionate about challenging conventional thinking, Nathaniel believes fresh perspectives often drive the most impactful change and create opportunities for growth, innovation, and success.
