Nichola Taylor is a Workplace Proposition Lead with over 25 years’ experience in financial services, specialising in member experience and inclusive workplace strategies. She’s passionate about driving change, challenging the status quo, and making a real difference for customers and colleagues alike. She brings an authentic voice and deep industry insight to discussions. Outside of work, she is kept busy with two daughters and her dog Hogan. She loves to be involved in initiatives that help others, and spends every Friday morning mentoring a young person in a local school. Travel is her passion and she loves taking in new cultures and experiences as often as she can.
