Nicole Perryman

Manager, Professional Services UKI, Databricks

I am a results-driven senior leader in Professional Services, dedicated to building scalable, high-performing consulting organisations that deliver measurable business impact across EMEA. With over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams, I focus on driving value realisation for customers in the technology space and creating the foundations that enable long-term, sustainable success.

My leadership is anchored in designing future-ready processes, cultivating a high-impact and inclusive culture, and empowering teams with an enhanced value mindset. I am passionate about aligning consulting excellence with real customer outcomes—helping organisations accelerate adoption, maximise ROI from their technology and marketing solutions, and achieve tangible results that move the business forward. Through this work, I’ve contributed to multi-million-dollar pipeline creation and supported strong revenue growth for our consulting business.

At the heart of my success is my commitment to people. I believe that when individuals feel supported, trusted, and empowered, they perform at their best. I am dedicated to building high-performing, values-led teams where everyone can thrive both professionally and personally. As a manager, mentor, and diversity ambassador, I champion workplaces where people feel safe to show up as their authentic selves. For me, inclusion is not just a leadership value—it is a business imperative. As I often say, “Diversity is not about how we differ. Diversity is about embracing one another’s uniqueness.”

My passion for equity and representation extends beyond my day-to-day role. Since 2018, I have been a committed advocate for inclusion through my leadership with the Adobe Black Employee Network (EMEA). As former Co-Lead, I supported more than 160 Black employees and allies, fostering community, amplifying voices, and driving meaningful organisational change. After returning from maternity leave, I serve as a strategic advisor, guiding the network’s direction and leading senior-level conversations focused on tackling bias and strengthening inclusive hiring strategies.

Beyond Databricks, I am proud to serve as an ambassador for the Women in Tech Forum, where I coach emerging leaders, speak on expert panels, and recently headlined the forum’s first podcast dedicated to uplifting Black voices in tech. I strive not only to lead, but to be a catalyst for meaningful change—championing equity, elevating underrepresented voices, and paving the way for a more inclusive future in tech
