She has advised C-suite leaders on technology transformation, capital efficiency, and operational strategy.

Her career has been defined by delivering results at scale, steering complex transformation programmes, and influencing decision-making at the highest levels of business.

Nkem also sits on the advisory boards and leadership teams of several respected organisations in the UK, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping strategy and advancing leadership agendas. She also contributes within business resource groups (BRGs).
