As Managing Director, Commercial Banking Coverage, within the Business & Commercial Banking division of Lloyds Banking Group, Paul is responsible for supporting c.1 million small and medium sized businesses across the UK, covering all sectors. Paul is a qualified accountant, a Director and Trustee at the Black South West Network and sits on the Lloyds Black Business Advisory Committee.

Paul is a senior leader with over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services and has extensive experience with several globally recognised employers in a variety of roles, including corporate client relationship management, business development, credit risk management, acquisition finance, project management, strategy and business management. 

As Managing Director, Commercial Banking Coverage, within the Business & Commercial Banking division of Lloyds Banking Group, Paul is responsible for supporting c.1 million small and medium sized businesses across the UK, covering all sectors including real estate, healthcare, agriculture and trading businesses, as well as product specialisms from working capital to trade and payments.  

Paul is a qualified accountant, a Director and Trustee at the Black South West Network and sits on the Lloyds Black Business Advisory Committee. He lives in South Devon with his family and is an enthusiastic cyclist.
