A truly passionate and well-respected people leader, Phil currently manages the international professional services team at World Wide Technology (WWT).

Prior to joining WWT, Phil was a senior leader at Cisco managing a $285m services business driving IT & AI transformation across numerous blue chip brands. His drive to foster great teams and culture, helped Cisco to be the No.1 'Great Place to Work' internationally. 

Phil’s true passion is people, after all, that’s what really matters right? As a certified exec coach, he has actively helped numerous individuals throughout his career and runs master classes on driving High Performance teams & culture. With a strong passion for Inclusion & Diversity, Phil personally led an I&D movement for Cisco across Europe designed to evolve how we drive change and continues to be an active Ally.
