Rachel Shorter is a seasoned finance executive and the founder of Antilles Network, a wellness and empowerment collective for Black women across the UK. She is currently serving as the Group Finance Director for Cerulean Limited, a multinational manufacturing business, where she leads with a strong focus on financial resilience, strategy, and cross-border collaboration.

With over 15 years of experience in European finance, Rachel’s career has been rooted predominantly in the manufacturing sector, where she has led large-scale transformations and helped businesses navigate change with confidence and clarity.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Rachel is passionate about purpose-led finance. She actively collaborates with charitable organisations, offering guidance on financial stewardship, sustainable growth, and governance.

Rachel is dedicated to shaping spaces where financial literacy, personal growth, and community intersect.
