Rachel is an accomplished CFO, finance leader, Board member and community builder with more than 20 years of experience spanning international business, manufacturing, education and the charity sector. She is passionate about demonstrating that modern finance leadership extends far beyond the numbers — it is about people, purpose, influence and creating sustainable impact. Alongside her executive career, Rachel is the founder of Antilles Network, a growing community created to provide intentional spaces for Black women to connect, reset and thrive. Rachel is deeply committed to giving back to the finance profession that has played such an important role in her own career. She works closely with the ACCA and hosts their Journey to CFO podcast, sharing honest conversations about leadership, career progression and the many different routes to senior finance roles.
