With over 15 years recruitment experience across technology recruitment, he is passionate about candidate experience and continuous process improvement in the talent acquisition world. He runs a roundtable network for technology talent acquisition professionals to build community, share ideas, and collaborate with like-minded talent professionals. He is also a wellbeing and DEI champion who aims to encourage others to bring their true authentic selves to work.
