Reah is a SEND Consultant, Parent Advocate and Founder of Inspire 321, a specialist consultancy supporting schools, fostering organisations and families to navigate special educational needs and education systems with clarity and confidence. 

With over 15 years' experience across mainstream education, specialist SEMH provision, local authorities and fostering agencies, Reah combines strategic systems knowledge with frontline advocacy experience. 

She is a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, and an emerging voice in the EdTech space, developing scalable digital tools and training to bridge the gap between policy and lived experience, ensuring children and young people with SEND don't just survive in education, but thrive.
