Rebecca is a transformation and design leader with a multidisciplinary career spanning engineering, finance, technology, service design and organisational change. Named among the BTA Top 50 in Tech 2026, she is known for combining analytical thinking, creativity and a deeply human-centred approach to solving complex organisational problems. With an MEng in Aerospace Engineering and professional qualifications including CIMA and APMP, Rebecca’s career has been anything but linear. She spent more than 13 years at Lloyds Banking Group, progressing through a diverse range of roles before becoming Service Design Lead within Group Transformation. Today, she is a transformation leader within bp’s Technology Transformation, Analytics and Insights team, leading work focused on team mobilisation, organisational readiness and large-scale transformation. Outside of work, Rebecca is a mum, enthusiastic traveller and lover of festivals, camping, new experiences and spending time with family and friends.
