Rebecca Tomasiewicz works as a Transformation leader who helps large, complex technology organisations adopt new ways of working at scale. In technology, we can often forget about people. A core part of Rebecca’s impact is designing team launches that move new or reformed teams from forming to performing faster.  Rebecca has lead the delivery of this at scale across the bp technology transformation impacting over 300 teams – this provided teams with a simple, adaptable and repeatable launch pattern. Teams have feedback significant improvements in moral, shifts in behaviours, a sense of empowerment and improved more inclusive ways of working. By embedding enablement sessions and community coaching, she makes the launch a beginning, not a oneoff event.

This practical approach enables a culture shift from project to product, from compliance to learning, and from siloed functions to genuinely crossfunctional, outcomeoriented teams. Rebecca equips leaders to lead through narrative and evidence: plainlanguage communications, visible goals, and feedback loops that reward experimentation and continuous improvement.

She champions multimodal, plainlanguage content and equitable participation across roles and time zones, ensuring that collaboration practices work for different accessibility needs. Beyond her core role, she actively supports the PEN network and wellbeing in technology - advocating psychological safety, running wellbeing campaigns, and baking inclusive practices into governance, onboarding, and team rituals. Her idea challenges, open forums, and pulse insights ensure that diverse voices shape the roadmap and that change benefits are shared.
