Rebecca is a senior inclusion, culture and employee engagement leader with over a decade of experience spanning advertising, the creative industries and financial services. She spent nine years working across advertising and the creative industries, developing extensive experience in culture, creativity, marketing and communications before moving into senior inclusion and culture leadership. Rebecca now works in investment banking, where she leads strategic culture and inclusion work across EMEA. Outside of her professional role, Rebecca is actively involved in community leadership across the City. With Black in the Square Mile, she leads the Advocacy & Access pillar, focused on creating greater access, visibility and opportunity for Black professionals. Through CBERG, she leads Partnerships, building connections between organisations and communities to strengthen collaboration and impact. She also volunteers with Interbank LGBTQ+, supporting its work across the financial services community.
